If you’re a cycling lover and up for some adrenaline in the hills, then this workshop-cum-retreat is for you. Spend an extended weekend in Manali riding through carved mountain biking trails, and building a rich skill set in the sport. Held under the supervision of accomplished athletes and cycling guides, this 4-day retreat is excellent for any rider looking to improve their skill and have a leisurely weekend getaway in the hill station. Good food and great vibes are complimentary in generous amounts.

Arrive at the 4Play Hoffice/Lodging venue
Settle into your room
Breakfast at the venue, and relax
Intro to MTB Biking. Acclimatization session on hill roads
Lunch along with an adventure film screening
Evening tea and snacks
Spend time riding on the winding section with sharp gains and falls
Dinner and interaction with 4Play team, filmmakers and athletes
Introduction to trail riding
Lunch and coffee on the trail
Return to base in the evening
Evening tea and snacks

Long ride today through the Grand Manali Trail Course, which weaves through the entire valley
Tea and snacks at the base
Dinner, movies, and games
Work on techniques such as bunny hops and jumps, on the Nasogi trails
Ride into the forest trail circuit
Lunch (movie screening/interaction)
Ride to Vashisht hot springs for a dip
Points to be noted:
-Clothing in layers
-Thermal, Shirt or T-shirt (carry extra), Fleece, Windcheater. Temperature is expected to drop down to negative in some regions.
-Woolen Socks, Gloves, Bandana, Woolen cap. High ankle shoes
-Day bag / small rucksack
-75% of the payment to be done to register, and the rest to be done 1 day before the trip
